the grounds seemed immaculate, it was a nice thing.
the master bedroom ac never worked. i reported it for three days, they lied about fixing it. the beds felt old, sagging, and tilted, it feels like sleeping on a broken hammock.

The food service was GREAT! My family loved the variety and healthy options. The beach was nice. There were beds and towels available. Water spinning in the pool entertained me very much.
The reception and guest relationship teams gave conflicting information. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor in the renovated rooms. The room filled with steam after showers. There was also waiting in the nature of all-inclusive.

The hotel offers buffet breakfast. It included many choices. the buffet dinner changed daily and had many options. outside bars provided freshly cooked food, and it was tasty. a decent selection of drinks was available! though premium brands required an extra fee.

The food selection was acceptable. There were various options available at each meal.
The room i had in the main building felt old. It desperately needed an update. the ventilation system was very loud and hard to control. I was either freezing or the air was completely off. this impacted my sleep.

wonderful stay

i found the food very tasteful with plenty of choices. my kids enjoyed all day activity at the sirenus club. the evening shows are lovely for both kids and adults.
the ac in my bohemia suite worked slowly. also, the ceiling fan didnt work. the tech personnel entered the room with their key while we were inside and aware.
